• Each team will receive a minimum of:

  • 3 games on Saturday

  • 2 games on Sunday

 Spectator Ticketing

• Tickets are ONLINE ONLY this year.

• QR codes will be available onsite for scanning to access ticket purchase online. However, there will be no physical box office. Please pre-purchase your tickets. 

Player tickets

• Players will not receive digital or paper tickets.

• Player jerseys will serve as their “ticket” for admission.

Parking (Updated 12/30)

• The venue is charging $7 per day for event parking.

• To pre-purchase parking please click here. This will help the flow of traffic on Saturday and Sunday. We encourage all spectators to pre-purchase their parking pass.

• Parking will accept credit card only.

Trainer

• A certified trainer will be available onsite.

• Preventative taping:

  • There will be a charge for supplies.

  • Taping is free if you bring your own supplies.

Facility Rules from RISE:

• ·       There will be a $7.00 parking fee for all attendees.   Any cars who drive by our parking attendants without paying will be towed from the property when the vehicle can be located.  Our neighbors (Fusion soccer park) may tow vehicles parked on their property as well.

• ·       No coolers are allowed in the facility at any time.  No outside food or drinks allowed in Rise.  Water bottles are allowed but not in coolers.

• ·       No folding chairs/lawn chairs are allowed to be brought into the facility for any event.  Bleacher seats are allowed. 

• ·       Concessions will be open offering a variety of concession foods and lunch options, for the majority of the operating hours.  Options include pizza, chicken sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs, BBQ, Nachos, Baked Potatoes, parfaits, smoothies, snacks, drinks, candy and more depending on the weekend.  

• ·       Parking may become tight at times.  Please obey all traffic signs and do not park in restricted areas. Towing may be enforced to keep fire lanes open.  Parking is allowed around the building outside of the fire lanes. 

• ·       Attendees should arrive early.  We share the park with a soccer facility and when we both have events during our operating times, traffic and parking can cause delays in arrival.

• ·       Bag checks and metal detectors may be used for any event.  It is recommended attendees use clear bags to speed the process.

• ·       All players must be in court shoes.  No street shoes allowed.

• ·       Rise has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive behavior.  Any fighting, harassment, putting hands on another person, or loud and disruptive behavior may result in the attendee being removed from the facility.  

• ·       Anyone found sneaking in a back door or entering without purchasing a ticket or being screened will be removed from the facility. 

• ·       While attending events at Rise, other areas of Rise including the cardio fitness center, Rise sports performance training center and the Ashley deck are not to be used by tournament attendees.  These areas are for members only.  The workout areas do have a daily access fee if interested.  

• ·       Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted in any part of RISE Indoor and the renter/user is responsible to ensure that its participants abide with this policy.  There is a smoking/vaping area designated outside on the North end of the building.  No smoking is allowed around entrances to the building.

• ·       Rise always welcomes properly licensed and trained service animals.  We do NOT allow support animals or pets in Rise at any time.
