Kroc Center Parking:
Everyone should park in the Eve Street parking lot (there will be signs).
No entry through the front door of the Kroc Center. All participants must enter through the gym doors by the Eve Street lot.
Absolutely no one is allowed on the fitness equipment. Anyone using equipment will be asked to leave the facility.
Food tables are allowed outdoors only.
General Information:
All parents should be prepared to pay cash for entry. No credit cards or electronic payments will be accepted. Some locations do not have ATMs nearby, so please plan accordingly.
All venues have bleacher seating only. Outside chairs are not allowed in gyms. Stadium chairs / bleacher seats are permitted.
NO BALL HANDLING outside of gym areas. Coaches and parents, please help enforce this with your players and siblings.

Waves
DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 7AM so please do not arrive before then. We also ask that you do not arrive more than an hour prior to your start time for vehicle and spectator traffic flow.
AM Wave (8:00 AM Start Time) - Doors open at 7am
PM Wave (3:00 Start Time) Doors may not open until 2pm depending on the facility.
It is really important to not arrive more than 1 hour prior to your first match for parking purposes.

Parking is on the backside of the event center in lots A and B as well as the new lot off Albemarle Ave and Rose Street (Tar River Transit Buses will be operating on a route to assist as well). DO NOT park in the church parking lots - They will tow and have done so in the past.
All entry will be done from the Box office on the front of the event center.
Doors will open at 7:00am. Please do NOT come more than 1 hour prior to your start time.
WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED - If you loose your wristband, you will be required to purchase a new one - no exceptions.
The Rocky Mount Event Center does do Bag checks and has security check points so be prepared for a bit of a wait as they go through their security procedures. We suggest bringing in the least amount of items possible as this facility does not allow outside food and does provide seating.

Ball Handling is allowed on the volleyball courts only.
No outside food and/or drinks (this includes yeti mugs, canisters, flasks, team snacks, coolers etc.) are allowed at the Rocky Mount Event Center. Our concessions will have a variety of dietary options and drinks.
All patrons will be required to be wand prior to entering the facility.
No weapons or concealed weapons are allowed in the facility
No grills are allowed in the parking lot of the facility.
Players and coaches must place their water bottles in their personal bags.
No outside chairs are allowed in the RMEC.
No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals or part or an event (i.e. dog show, etc.)
No artificial noisemakers or helium balloons are allowed in the Rocky Mount Event Center facility.
No fighting or unruly conduct will be tolerated-Players, coaches, or fans in violation of this policy will be ejected for the remainder of the tournament and will not be allowed to play on any other teams for the duration of the event.

The Box Office will be Open Friday Night from 5-9pm if you would like to advance purchase your entry bands.
Doors Open at 7am, please do not come for your wave time more than an hour early.
Wristbands are required for Entry - if you lose your wristband, you will have to purchase a new one.
Entry Fees are $30 for weekend/$18 for Daily. Kids 7 and under are free.

Chairs are not allowed - seating will be provided - Seating is Primarily for Spectators not players - please be courteous and leave available seating for Parents/Spectators who's players are actively playing!
Spectators are not to talk to, yell at or correct the officiating team as these are minors and many of them are young.
Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior's may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day as per the tournament directors discretion.
There will be a NO TOLERANCE policy for misbehavior by players/teams and spectators in the venues. If you are disrespectful to any official, officiating team or staff member you will be excused from the event with no refund.
Video Recording: Parents - if you video your team - please make sure you are recording from OPPOSITE of the Bench. No Video or fans are allowed behind the bench as per USAV Rules.
Absolutely NO Social Media Videos are to be taken in any restroom or locker room. It is illegal to record in these spaces and we will remove players from the event who violate these rules.

Spectators must know their child's team's 11-digit USAV team code when purchasing. Please provide this to them if they don't already know this. Spectators will also be required to show a picture ID EACH DAY when getting their pass scanned for entry. Passes are only available via online purchase.
Event Entry Requirements:
Team check in will be in person at the Center in room W205 on Saturday morning from 7a-11a.
* Warm up balls for all courts will again be supplied. Please DO NOT BRING your own volleyballs. Outside volleyball will not be allowed into the competition hall.
